Why does it take twenty-eight days to learn a four-minute sequence?
Because you're not getting a list of exercises to crank through once. You're gaining a real understanding of a movement sequence so it becomes yours forever, anywhere, anytime. Dancers rehearse for weeks to own ninety seconds of choreography. You only need four minutes a day, over four weeks, to own this one. After that, it's in you like your own phone number, ready whenever you need it. No screen, no teacher required.
How is this different from Pilates or yoga?
Three reasons. First, the goal is to make you a better mover, not a robot cranking out repetitions. Second, functional movement principles like length, spirals, and connection show up in your actual life, not just on a mat. Third, the aim is for you to become the master of your own practice, not to depend on a teacher forever.
I genuinely don't feel like I have four minutes a day. I have kids, pets, work, my home to look after, and a busy life.
Sister, me too. That's exactly why this method exists, and you're in exactly the right place. Some days I get one minute done in the morning and three minutes before bed. Done is better than perfect, and once you feel what focused movement gives you, more becomes possible.
Why is your method built on squats?
Because squats are the movement most people get wrong, and they're the most important one to get right for total body fitness. Done properly, a squat is a long chain movement, and it doesn't leave any body part out of the equation. Squats also condition your glutes, your largest muscle group, which can boost your metabolism significantly with regular practice.
I've got back, knee, shoulder, or hip pain. Is this too advanced for me?
Start small. I'll coach you, and the course includes variations within each lesson. The depth of your squat is entirely up to you. Start at fifteen percent depth and build from there.
I'm so tired of screen-based workouts.
So was I. That's why I built one thing I could memorize and do without a screen, a teacher, or an audio file. This gives you that freedom in your own body.
